Job Location West Valley 2 - West Valley City, UT 84120
The after school mentor will be responsible to supervise an established and growing after school program while acting as a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor.
Each day they will help students in grades 7-12, achieve academic success through homework help. This job is very interactive with the students. You will help them and guide them in an after school setting.
MTF 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, WTh 2:00 to 6:00
$15.00 - $17.00 / hr.
People who like to and have the patience to work with youth
People who want experience working in a school
Ability to pass a background check
If not pursuing a college degree, willing to complete a ParaPro exam administered by the district
High School or equivalent
