Lead 2nd shift PIO team by installing, troubleshooting, training, and providing a productive and efficient shop floor. Should be able to run department in absence of PIO Supervisor to include but not limited to running pull list, holding pre-shift meetings, and compiling shift recap report.
Responsibilities
• Install accessories according to manufacturer's instructions
◦ Overall understanding of PIO installations and ability to troubleshoot problems
◦ Correct any deficiencies noted by Quality Control before the vehicle is returned to staging area
◦ Complete a defect tag if parts are defective and submit to Supervisor, for which part my be considered a warranty claim
◦ Maintain a clean and hazard free work environment.
Ensure all policies and procedures are followed regarding safety
◦ When required, perform installations outside
• Ensure proper documentation is completed on each install according to customer specifications and quality standards
◦ Perform periodic audits to ensure installations are effectively performed
◦ Assist fellow team members to make sure quality is maintained, and installations are completed in a timely manner
◦ Ability to work effectively in group/team settings: make progress determinations as needed, recommend performance determinations
◦ Ability to conduct meetings and other required sessions for communication of quality, production, and safety requirements
◦ Ability to use iVeles to provide PIO pull list
◦ Ability to complete shift recap report
◦ Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
• HS Diploma/G.E.D Required
• 1 year of experience in Automotive/Repair Required
• 3 years of experience in Automotive/Repair Preferred
• Computer Literate Training Required
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Training Preferred
• ASE Certificate or License Preferred
