To oversee the general upkeep of the building, infrastructure, and company vehicles.
Responsibilities
Primary
• Vehicle mechanics and parts replacements.
• Light to heavy industrial building maintenance.
• Light to moderate industrial plumbing.
• Industrial preventative maintenance.
• Light to heavy industrial painting
Secondary
• Conduct facility audits, documenting all issues found at the facility.
• Assist in contacting vendors for general repairs.
• Help develop more effective maintenance procedures.
• Maintain work order systems.
• Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition.
Tertiary
• Implement workplace safety policies and standards.
Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with external customers and internal departments.
• Skills in organizing and prioritizing work activities.
• Ability to read and write and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to use hand tools.

Education & Experience
• High School Diploma/G.E.D Required
• 4 Years of Direct Experience in Facility Maintenance and/or Multiple Industry Trades
◦ 6 Years Preferred
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing

This position works in a plant manufacturing/warehouse setting.

• Precisely perform sanding, brushing touch-ups, and taping
• This position is located in the West Point VPC Site
• Exposure to indoor and outdoor weather conditions
• Exposure to sanding, dust, and fumes
• The position is based in a plant manufacturing/warehousing environment.
• Communication with employees and field partners will be primarily conducted via phone and email.
