**Job Summary:**

Join our team as an Assistant Line Lead at Maxton NC and play a key role in supporting the production team. You will assist the Line Lead in overseeing assembly line operations, ensuring production targets are achieved, and fostering a safe workplace.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to instructions
• Excellent communication skills
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

**Responsibilities:**

• Support the Line Lead in supervising production line activities
• Monitor assembly line operations to guarantee accurate and efficient product assembly
• Train new team members on production procedures and safety protocols
• Identify and promptly address any production process issues or defects
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies
