Jij overziet het werk, kent de installaties door en door en ontwikkelt als het ware een zesde zintuig voor wat er nodig is.
Voor onze productieafdeling in Lomm zijn we op zoek naar zo’n specialist. In deze functie word je onderdeel van de technische dienst. Samen met jouw 20 collega’s zorg je ervoor dat ons machinepark optimaal blijft presteren. Het team is klein, gezellig en boordevol kennis en ervaring. De lijntjes zijn kort en we bieden elkaar de helpende hand als dat nodig is. Als werkvoorbereider ben jij de organisatorische en technische vraagbaak voor deze productieafdeling en voel je precies aan wat er nodig is om nóg betere prestaties te behalen.
