Das werden deine Aufgaben sein
Deine Aufgaben bestehen vornehmlich im Bereich der wöchentlichen Analyse der vertrieblichen Opportunities (Pipeline) und der Aufbereitung der Analyse-Ergebnisse in Form von leicht zu konsumierenden Reports sowie deren Bereitstellung für das Team. Zielsetzung der Analysen ist es, Handlungsfelder zu identifizieren, zu priorisieren und damit zu einer Verbesserung der Abbildung der Pipeline im internen CRM-System beizutragen.

Darüber hinaus unterstützt du den Head of Revenue Operations der SAP Deutschland im Tagesgeschäft, z.B. durch:

• Ad-hoc Analyse- & Reporting mit internen Systemen
• Aufbereitung von Präsentationen in PowerPoint
• Aufbereitung von E-Mail-Kommunikationen

Lern- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten
Als Werkstudierende/r in einer Position, die sich mit der Analyse von Vertriebsdaten befasst, gibt es eine Vielzahl von Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und Lerngelegenheiten.

Einige davon sind:

• Erwerb eines Verständnisses der Vertriebsprozesse und deren Abbildung in Softwaresystemen
• Erwerb von Praxiserfahrung im Umgang mit SAP eigenen Softwareprodukten im Vertriebskontext
• Verfeinerung der Fähigkeiten im Bereich der Datenanalyse und Datenvisualisierung
• Entwicklung von Kommunikationsfähigkeiten durch Erstellung von Reports und Präsentationen
• Lernen von erfahrenen Mitarbeitenden im Team

Insgesamt bietet diese Position eine Chance, sowohl fachliche Kenntnisse als auch überfachliche Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln, die für zukünftige Karrieremöglichkeiten in einer Operations- oder Vertriebsorganisation von großem Nutzen sein können.

Was du mitbringst

• Freude an der Analyse, Aufbereitung und Interpretation von Daten
• Interesse sich in komplexe vertriebliche Konzepte einzuarbeiten
• Fähigkeit selbständig zu arbeiten und Initiative zu ergreifen
• Starkes Zeitmanagement und organisatorische Fähigkeiten, sowie Detailgenauigkeit
• Sehr sicherer Umgang mit den Analysefunktionen von Microsoft Excel (Abgleiche verschiedener Datenquellen mit LOOKUP-Funktionen, Datenanalysen mittels Pivot-Tabellen, einfache Macros)
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Power Point
• Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift
• Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
• Student (w/m/d) an einer Hochschule oder Universität
• Bevorzugte Studienrichtungen: Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Studiengänge

Wo du hingehörst

Das Revenue Operations Team der SAP Deutschland ist Teil der Strategy & Operations Organisation. Der Aufgabenschwerpunkt des Teams liegt in der Unterstützung des Managements und der Mitarbeitenden von derzeit zwölf Vertriebsbereichen (Industrien, Produkte) in den beiden Kernprozessen des Sales Forecasting und des Pipeline Management. Das Team besteht aus Sales Operations Business Partnern, welche in der Regel einem oder mehreren Vertriebsbereichen fest zugeordnet sind.

Die Ergebnisse deiner Arbeit werden einen wichtigen Baustein für die Arbeit der Sales Operations Business Partner darstellen.
