At Niologic, we are building the leading consultancy for Product Engineering for AI and Location Intelligence in Germany. Combining the megatrends AI and Location Intelligence, we want to strive for bringing the cutting-edge into production for our clients and make a difference in their daily lives.

Contrary to current industry trends and backed by the trust of leading brands, we want to grow from an extraordinary 15 people team to a dream team of 50 players dedicated to retail and public security.

Tasks

As a working student, you will work on modern data products that rely on the latest cloud technology and API-driven frontends. Your tasks will be:

• Implementation of SQL-based data structures
• Planning and Implementation of data pipelines incl. data quality checks
• Implementation of Infrastructure as Code for underlying components

Requirements

As a motivated team player with commitment and initiative, you should also have the following skills to fit into our team:

• Good experience in data engineering using Python and SQL ELT
  (we are not looking for implementations of dask/arrow/pandas),
• Good experience in datawarehouse concepts,
• Ability to craft ERD and BPNM and communicate ideas and plans to the team in a clean and structured manner,
• Good language skills in German and English which allow you to understand the underlying data,
• (Nice to have) Experience in data quality checks using frameworks like DBT
• Willing to work on site at the office at least 2 days a week
