Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine:n Werkstudent:in Kundenservice (w/m/d) in unserer Zentrale in Köln ab sofort für 3 Monaten.
Deine Aufgaben
Kundenbetreuung: Telefonische Betreuung unserer Kund:innen bei Fragen zu Bestellungen.
Auftragsabwicklung: Unterstützung bei der Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Kundenaufträgen.
Reklamationsbearbeitung: Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und serviceorientierten Kundenlösungen.
Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit: Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Vertrieb zur Sicherstellung eines hervorragenden Kundenerlebnisses.
Dein Profil
Status: Eingeschriebene:r Student:in mit einer Verfügbarkeit von 20 Stunden pro Woche
Kommunikationsstärke: Freude am Kundenkontakt, ein sicheres Auftreten am Telefon und ein gutes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse.
Zuverlässigkeit: Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick zu behalten.
Sprach- & Digitalkompetenz: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools.
Erfahrung: Kein Muss – wichtiger sind Motivation, Lernbereitschaft und Teamgeist.
