Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Du möchtest verstehen, wie moderne Produktionssysteme funktionieren und aktiv dazu beitragen, Prozesse effizienter und transparenter zu gestalten? Dann werde Teil unseres Manufacturing Engineering Teams und unterstütze uns dabei, die Datengrundlage für eine leistungsstarke Produktion zu schaffen.

Als Werkstudent (w/m/d) im Manufacturing Engineering arbeitest du nah an unseren Produktionsprozessen und Anlagen und unterstützt uns dabei, technische Daten, Strukturen und Dokumentationen zu optimieren und weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben
• Durchführung und Pflege der Tooling Inventur für alle Maschinen im Werk
• Eigenständige Durchführung von Tooling Inventuren im Werk sowie im Hochregallager (HRL)
• Erstellung von Fotodokumentationen der Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen als Basis für technische Standards und Dokumentationen
• Zusammenstellung, Strukturierung und Aktualisierung der Maschinen- und Anlagendokumentation
• Pflege und Aktualisierung technischer Stammdaten im SAP System, insbesondere Stücklisten, Arbeitspläne und relevante Fertigungsdaten
• Erstellung sowie Pflege von Checklisten für die Abholung, Übergabe und Rückführung von Assets (Tooling, Maschinen, Equipment)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Manufacturing Engineering, Technical Support und dem Shopfloor zur Sicherstellung vollständiger und aktueller Fertigungsinformationen

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Studierende aus den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
• Interesse an Produktionsprozessen, Maschinen und technischen Zusammenhängen
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel); SAP-Kenntnisse auf Anwenderbasis sind von Vorteil
• Freude an Datenstrukturierung, Dokumentation und Organisation
• Teamfähigkeit sowie zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
