Die SMA Solar Academy ist die Kund*innenschulungseinrichtung der SMA. Wir vermitteln didaktisch ansprechend und technisch tiefgehend Systemwissen zu Photovoltaik, Speicherlösungen und Energiemanagement an SMA-Servicepersonal, Service Partner, Installateure und Anlagenplaner, getreu unserem Motto „Be a solar expert“.

Dein Profil – das bringst du mit
Fachliche Anforderungen:
- Eingeschriebene*r Studentin (z. B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Bildungswissenschaften, Projektmanagement, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Vergleichbares)
- Erste Erfahrungen in Projektarbeit, Organisation oder Prozessoptimierung von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
- Sicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Interesse an Themen wie Projektmanagement, Digitalisierung, Internationalisierung, Weiterbildung oder erneuerbare Energien

- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an analytischem Denken und Problemlösungskompetenz
