Als Werkstudent Rechtswissenschaften (m/w/d) unterstützt du das Legal Backoffice im Tagesgeschäft des Gesellschaftsrechts. Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Jurist:innen zusammen und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zur rechtssicheren Organisation unserer nationalen und internationalen Konzerngesellschaften. Die Rolle bietet Einblicke in Corporate Housekeeping, Berichtsprozesse und digitale Arbeitsweisen im Legal-Bereich.
DEINE AUFGABEN
• Unterstützung des Legal Backoffice beim Corporate Housekeeping für in- und ausländische Konzerngesellschaften
• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Verwaltung gesellschaftsrechtlicher Dokumente wie Beschlüsse, Verträge und Protokolle
• Unterstützung bei der Erfüllung interner und externer Berichtspflichten, unter anderem zu Nachhaltigkeitsthemen und Jahresabschlüssen
• Vor- und Nachbereitung von Notarterminen sowie Hauptversammlungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Legal-Team
• Pflege von Daten, Templates und digitalen Ordnerstrukturen im Rahmen der Legal-Administration
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Anwendung einer neuen Softwarelösung im Legal-Bereich
DEIN PROFIL
• Eingeschriebene:r Student:in der Rechtswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsrechts oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
• Idealerweise Verfügbarkeit für mindestens ein Jahr sowie überwiegende Tätigkeit im Hamburger Büro
• Grundkenntnisse im Gesellschaftsrecht, erworben durch Studium, Praktika oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrungen
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Word, Excel und Outlook
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches Denkvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
