Zielsetzung

Als Werkstudent*in / Praktikant*in im Rahmen einer Bachelor- oder Masterarbeit unterstützen Sie das Team der Personalabteilung im Rahmen mehrerer Projekte und des Tagesgeschäfts.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung im Rahmen div. Projekte
• Unterstützung im Bewerbermanagement,
• Mitarbeit bei der Organisation von Schulungen und Veranstaltungen
• Pflege von Personalunterlagen
• Übernahme von Aufgaben des Tagesgeschäfts

Ihr Profil

• Eingeschriebene*r Student*in an einer Hochschule (Universität oder Fachhochschule)
• sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office Produkten
• Interesse an Personalthemen, Arbeitsrecht und organisatorischen Abläufen
• Deutsch: C2 und Englisch: B1
• Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und freundliches Auftreten
• bereits erste Erfahrungen in Form von div. Praktika oder einer kurzzeitigen Beschäftigung vor Aufnahme des Studiums - idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld von Vorteil
