Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie erstellen projektbezogene Statusreports aus Jira zum aktuellen Stand der Aktivitäten
  • Sie unterstützen Anwender (m/w/d) bei der strukturierten Bearbeitung von Tickets sowie bei Fragen zur Anwendung definierter Workflows
  • Sie erarbeiten einen Anforderungskatalog zur Verbesserung von Toolschnittstellen in enger Abstimmung mit den relevanten Fachbereichen und unterstützen die IT bei der Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Sie bereiten Status-Meetings im Rahmen des Verbesserungsmanagements vor und nach
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Verifizierung und Nachverfolgung von umgesetzten Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Sie arbeiten bei Analysen sowie der Umsetzung von Aufgaben im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement mit

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Qualifikation: Sie sind eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik, Qualitätsmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Erfahrung: Idealerweise haben Sie erste Erfahrung mit Jira oder vergleichbaren Ticket- bzw. Projektmanagement-Tools
  • Kenntnisse: Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
  • Persönlichkeit: Ihre strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Ihr analytisches Denkvermögen zeichnen Sie aus: Sie bringen Interesse an Prozessen, Workflows und dem Qualitätsmanagement mit
