Als Werkstudent im Bereich Human Resources unterstützen Sie das HR-Team entlang des gesamten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus. Sie wirken bei administrativen Personalprozessen, Reportings, Datenanalysen und verschiedenen HR-Projekten mit. Darüber hinaus tragen Sie zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen bei und erhalten Einblicke in vielfältige Personalthemen in einem internationalen Umfeld.
