Stellenbeschreibung

• Als Teil eines Projektteams lernst du das gesamte Aufgabenspektrum eines Cost Managers kennen und erfährst, worauf es in der Beratung unserer namhaften nationalen und internationalen Kunden ankommt.
• Durch deine eigenständige Mitarbeit trägst du zur erfolgreichen Realisierung komplexer Bauprojekte im Bereich Data Centre bei und unterstützt unsere Kunden dabei, ihre Projekte wirtschaftlich und qualitativ erfolgreich umzusetzen.
• Du arbeitest aktiv in den Bereichen Kostenplanung, Kostensteuerung und Kostenkontrolle mit und übernimmst dabei eigenverantwortlich eigene Aufgabenbereiche.
• Du pflegst Projektdatenbanken und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Analysen, dem Cost Controlling, Reportings sowie der Rechnungsprüfung.
• Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du optimale und innovative Lösungen für und mit unseren Kunden.

Qualifikationen

• Du bist immatrikulierter Student (w/m/d) und befindest dich mindestens im 4. Bachelorsemester oder in einem Masterstudium der Fachrichtungen Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
• Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement oder in der Projektsteuerung komplexer Hochbauprojekte sammeln. Besonders das Baukostenmanagement oder Cost Controlling hat dabei dein Interesse geweckt.
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) und arbeitest gerne in internationalen und multikulturellen Teams.
• Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich ebenso aus wie deine Zielstrebigkeit und Teamorientierung.
