Sie unterstützen unser HR-Team operativ im Tagesgeschäft.
Das Erstellen von Reports und Auswertungen ist Teil Ihrer Aufgaben.
Sie unterstützen Ihre HR-Kolleg:innen tatkräftig im Recruiting.
Sie assistieren bei der Pflege unseres Zeiterfassungssystems.
Des Weiteren setzen Sie Sonderaufgaben um und übernehmen allgemeine Assistenzfunktionen im Personalbereich.

Qualifikationen

Ausbildung: Laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Personal oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang
Erfahrung: Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bereich des individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrecht durch Praktika
Know-How: Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
Persönlichkeit: Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
Arbeitsweise: Organisationsstärke, hohe Teamorientierung sowie eine sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise

Beginn: ab sofort
Dauer: Die studentische Tätigkeit umfasst max. 15 Stunden pro Woche. Die Arbeitstage werden in Absprache mit der Fachabteilung individuell festgelegt.

Voraussetzung für die Werkstudententätigkeit ist die Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule. Bitte fügen Sie Ihrer Bewerbung Ihren Lebenslauf, eine aktuelle Immatrikulationsbescheinigung, eine Angabe zur voraussichtlich verbleibenden Studiendauer sowie ggf. eine gültige Arbeits- und Aufenthaltserlaubnis bei.
