Job Description

In deiner Rolle als Werkstudent*in unterstützt du unsere Ausbildungsabteilung im operativen Tagesgeschäft.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bewerbermanagement, inklusive der Organisation und Koordination von Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und Arbeitszeugnissen
  • Planung und Erstellung von Praxiseinsatzplänen für Auszubildende und dual Studierende
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Einführungswochen für neue Auszubildende und dual Studierende
  • Vorbereitung, Koordination und Durchführung von Schüler- und Hochschulmarketingaktivitäten, wie z.B. Ausbildungs- und Hochschulmessen sowie Inhouse Events
  • Konzeption, Planung und Erstellung zielgruppenspezifischer Inhalte für Social-Media-Postings (Zielgruppe: Schüler*innen, Studierende und Absolvent*innen)

Qualifications

Dein Profil:

  • Du absolvierst idealerweise ein betriebswirtschaftliches oder vergleichbares Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal
  • Du bringst Freude und Interesse an HR-Themen mit
  • Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hast Spaß am Umgang mit jungen Menschen
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, zielorientiert, strukturiert sowie selbstständig
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und die Motivation, Neues zu lernen, zeichnen dich aus
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
