Zuordnung und Nachverfolgung von Verrechnungsrechnungen
Kritische Prüfung von Endabrechnungen
Kommunikation mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
Sicherstellung einer vollständigen Dokumentation aller Vorgänge
Erstellung des Statusreportings zu offenen und abgeschlossenen Vorgängen
Unterstützende Tätigkeiten für die Erstellung von Rückstellungen
Sie befinden sich aktuell im Studium (Bachelor oder Master)
Sie sind während des gesamten Beschäftigungszeitraums an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert
Sie bringen Interesse am HR-Controlling mit
Sie haben Erfahrungen im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Outlook und Power Point
Sie verfügen über Zahlenverständnis
Sie arbeiten sehr genau, strukturiert, sorgfältig und sind ein Teamplayer
Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
