Job Description

Deine Aufgaben

  • Kundenrückerstattungen managen: Du prüfst und erfasst Rückerstattungen für unsere Partnerhotels in DE, AT, NL und DK gewissenhaft.
  • International kommunizieren: Bei unklaren Rückerstattungen klärst du die Details direkt und lösungsorientiert mit den Hoteliers vor Ort.
  • Zahlungsverkehr begleiten: Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich den Zahllauf für die Kundenrückerstattungen und stellst reibungslose Abläufe sicher.
  • Bestände im Blick behalten: Du übernimmst die sorgfältige Prüfung und Freigabe der von den Hotels erfassten Inventur (2x im Jahr).
  • Systeme & Prozesse mitgestalten: Du arbeitest dich aktiv in unsere ERP-Systeme sowie MS-Office-Anwendungen ein.

Das bringst du mit

  • Laufendes Studium: Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
  • Finanz- & Systeminteresse: Grundkenntnisse im Rechnungswesen oder erste Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und MS-Office sind ideal – deine Lernfreude zählt jedoch genauso.
  • Analytischer Kopf: Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe zeichnet dich aus und du arbeitest dich zügig in neue Themengebiete ein.
  • Persönlichkeit & Teamgeist: Du punktest durch deine hohe Teamorientierung, soziale Kompetenz und eine selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
  • Sprachgeschick: Du bringst gute Deutschkenntnisse mit und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil für die internationale Kommunikation.
