Werkstudent E&I MaintenanceMöchtest du praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Engineering sammeln und deine Fähigkeiten in einem innovativen Umfeld weiterentwickeln? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Maintenance Engineering Team und bringst Tatkraft in die Umsetzung unserer Projekte. Deine Aufgaben umfassen unterstützende Tätigkeiten zur Digitalisierung und Projektabwicklung!

Responsibilities Include:

Folgende Aufgaben erwarten dich unter anderem:

• Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von skriptbasierten Hilfsmitteln für die Instandhaltungsprozesse
• Du hilfst bei Recherchearbeiten/ Fehlersuche im EMSR- Bereich und unterstützt den Reliability Engineer
• Du unterstützt bei der Programmierung und Dokumentation von SAP-‑Tools
• Du supportest die Stammdatenpflege im ERP-System
• Du unterstützt bei der Strukturierung der digitalen Informationsablage der Maintenance-Abteilung
• Du hilfst bei der Sichtung, Digitalisierung und strukturierten Ablage von Unterlagen
• Du unterstützt bei der Sichtung von verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen, strukturierte Überarbeitung der Anlagendokumente und Anpassung der Stammdaten im ERP- System
• Du supportest die Dashboard-Erstellung in Power BI/PI Vision
• Du unterstützt den Maintenance Manager bei der Zusammenstellung von Daten und Erstellung von Präsentationen, Reporten und Diagrammen
• Du übernimmst die Ablage von Dokumenten im Maintenance SharePoint nach Vorgabe

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

Du bist erfolgreich in der Position, wenn du nachfolgende Qualifikationen erfüllst:

• ​Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) der Fächer Informatik, Elektrotechnik, oder mathematischer/​naturwissenschaftlicher/technischer Studiengang
• Du hast Programmiererfahrung, idealerweise in VBA
• Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse der MS Office 365 Tools, v.a. Excel
• Du bist Teamfähig und besitzt gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
• Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Du bringst technisches Verständnis mit
• Leistungs­bereit­schaft, Flexibilität und eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus

Bevorzugt bringst du mit:

• Einen Bachelorabschluss in den Fächern Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder mathematischer/​naturwissenschaftlicher/technischer Studiengang
• Erfahrungen mit VBA-Programmierung, SAP-PM, MS SharePoint, Power BI oder Power Apps
