Deine Aufgaben

  • Finanzplanung & Abschlüsse begleiten: Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Finanzplanung, den Monatsabschlüssen sowie der Erstellung von Umsatzstatistiken und Kostenanalysen.
  • Systeme & Berichte pflegen: Du hältst unsere Controlling-Infrastruktur auf aktuellem Stand und erstellst agile Ad-hoc-Analysen für fundierte Entscheidungen.
  • Schnittstelle für Fachabteilungen sein: Du stehst unseren Teams als Ansprechperson zur Seite, wenn sie ihre Ist-Performance mit dem Plan vergleichen.
  • Budgetierung unterstützen: Du hilfst den Fachabteilungen praxisnah bei der Erstellung und Nachverfolgung ihrer Budgets.
  • Analytische Impulse setzen: Du verbindest Daten mit logischen Zusammenhängen und trägst dazu bei, Unternehmensprozesse transparenter zu gestalten.

Das bringst du mit

  • Laufendes Studium: Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen ähnlichen Studiengang (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance oder Rechnungswesen).
  • Excel & MS-Office Begeisterung: Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Excel sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Tools mit.
  • Technisches Verständnis: Du hast Freude daran, dich in moderne Planungs- und Steuerungssysteme einzufuchsen.
  • Analytischer & strukturierter Kopf: Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, logisches Denkvermögen und eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
  • Persönlichkeit & Kommunikation: Du bist neugierig, denkst lösungsorientiert („Hands-on“) und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch sowie gut auf Englisch.
