What role you will play on our team

Are you a Well Site Leader and motivated to join Imperial as a Wells Operations Supervisor? If you are passionate about safety, building positive relationships, and working within a strong team environment, then we have the role for you! A Well Services Operations Supervisor opportunity is available at Imperial's Norman Wells, Alberta location. This is a fly in/out opportunity and camp accommodation is provided.

About you

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A technical diploma or degree in engineering or a related discipline within the oil and gas industry is preferred.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license and safe driving record are required.
  • Possess superior safety and leadership skills with the ability to lead effective contractor crews.

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in well servicing operations, including new well completions, well maintenance, and abandonment activities.
  • Prior experience as a Well Site Supervisor or Rig Manager is strongly preferred.
  • Preference for individuals with experience in service rig operations and rig-less work such as coil tubing, well stimulations, and wire line operations; demonstrated knowledge in well kill and well control strategies.
  • Knowledge in Well Servicing activities, which includes new well completions, well maintenance, and abandonment work are considered assets for the role.
  • Computer proficiency and experience with WellView would be an asset.
