High level of autonomy - no medical direction, a la carte pay system (call, extra pay etc. - opportunity to make more) TEAM PLAYERS wanted, willing to train up on certain skills if you are willing to learn! Schedule: M-F 7a-3p (call starts at 3p till 7a). Sat/Sun 24hr call (a CRNA & MD will be on call at the same time, CRNA will be primary OB/OR working independently with MD supervising - beeper from home).
New GRADs: $200,000 Base
Experienced CRNAs: $205,000-$245,000k Base.
$39,000 Additional income for call (must be OB proficient).
$40,000 Retention Bonus
