Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning, execution, and management of decommissioning completion operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including drilling engineers, geologists, and field personnel.
• Monitor well performance and production, making operational adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of drilling equipment, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.
• Prepare and review technical reports, documentation, and presentations related to drilling and completion activities.
• Implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines during all operations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in post-job evaluations to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed of technological advancements in well operations and integrate innovations into project execution.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geosciences, or a related field.
• Experience in well operations, drilling, or completions within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of drilling techniques, well construction, and completion methods.
• Familiarity with drilling and completion equipment and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work in challenging field conditions and adapt to dynamic work environments.
• Valid offshore certifications, including BOSIET and other relevant training, may be required for certain positions.
• Flexibility to work on varying schedules, including possible rotations offshore.
