💰 Salary Range $46,800 - $47,840

  • Lead, train, and inspire your team to provide top-notch resident care.
  • Develop staff schedules to ensure continuous coverage and support for all areas of the facility.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and facilitate ongoing training and development.
  • Conduct proper medication distribution and ensure med cart compliance.
  • Oversee the wellness of residents and assist PCAs as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to the Personal Care Home regulations.
  • Supervise and create assignments for wellness associates. Round to ensure assignments are being followed and completed.
  • Assist in training new staff as needed.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years as a Med Tech or Personal Care home experience preferred.
  • CNA preferred.
  • Medical Assistant, Associate or similar degrees preferred.
  • CPR certification or completion of the CPR course within 90 days of employment.
  • Must be a Train the Trainer or willing to complete. The Train the Trainer must have at least 2 years of experience as a Med Tech with current certificate or license.
