Le7 te Melámen Health Society (LtMHS) is passionately committed to enhancing the well-being of the Secwépemc Nation and its 16 communities through a culturally focused approach, ensuring the safety and well-being of Indigenous families.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Le7 te Melámen Health Society is looking for a Wellness Manager to join their team in a full-time term position through 2029. The Wellness Manager will participate in and engage with health-related working groups, Nation health tables, funding sources and services. They will also attend meetings as determined by LtMHS, report back on directives and outcomes specific to LtMHS, and implement the Nation’s shared goals and objectives of the Secwepemc Leadership and Health Directors as identified in the annual work plan. This position reports to and receives direct professional supervision and support from the LtMHS Executive Director.
The ideal candidate is a steady and relationship-focused leader who can represent LtMHS with professionalism, clarity and care. This person will be comfortable working across multiple tables, balancing priorities and turning discussion into clear follow-through. Success in this role will require strong communication, sound judgment and the ability to support shared wellness priorities in a respectful and practical way
