Due to continuous growth, TotalFusion Platinum (TFP) is seeking a skilled and driven Wellness Manager to lead our Wellness Department. This includes both our Rooftop Wellness and Signature Wellness teams, and the complete delivery of our premium member wellness offering. You will inspire and guide our VIP clientele toward elevated vitality, enhanced performance, deeper recovery, and long-term longevity.

As Wellness Manager, you will oversee and elevate our entire wellness experience. This includes becoming an expert in our recovery modalities, delivering proactive recommendations and protocols, and ensuring our members feel guided and supported throughout their journey.

Wellness Modalities You’ll Champion:

You will lead the team in understanding and delivering these services with clarity and confidence, offering tailored wellness guidance that goes beyond standard service and into strategic care.

• Cryotherapy - Support members in experiencing the benefits of -115°C inside Australia’s first Everest Cryotherapy chamber, reducing inflammation, improving circulation, and accelerating recovery in just three minutes.

• LED Therapy (Healite) - A non-invasive, anti-aging solution that stimulates collagen production and supports ongoing skin health and radiance.

• Red Light Therapy - Promotes ATP production to boost cellular energy, enhance skin, improve circulation, and reduce pain with specific conditions.

Your Role Includes:

• Leading the Rooftop Wellness and Signature Wellness teams in delivering premium member experiences
• Overseeing daily operations, managing team rosters, and ensuring smooth, efficient service across both departments
• Providing hands-on guidance to your team and building strong relationships with VIP members
• Staying ahead of wellness trends and innovations, continually improving our offerings
• Developing team capability and service confidence around all wellness modalities
• Creating proactive systems and service protocols that ensure members feel cared for and supported in their individual health journeys
• Collaborating with other departments to integrate wellness into our broader member ecosystem

What You Bring:

• Experience leading teams within the wellness, recovery or fitness space
• In-depth understanding of wellness services and health optimisation strategies
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence in protocol delivery and guest education
• A coaching or allied health background is highly regarded
• A natural ability to connect with people and influence outcomes positively
