Lifting Requirements:
Sedentary work Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Light work Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force to move objects.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience -
Bachelor’s degree in health education, public health, exercise science, or a related field required (Additional years of experience may be considered as a substitute for the required degree on an exceptional basis, with a minimum of five (5) years of professional related experience in wellness program coordination, health promotion, or related work).
At least one (1) year of professional experience in wellness program coordination, health promotion, or related work.
Experience creating educational materials and resources to promote health awareness
Experience conducting health assessments and surveys to identify the wellness needs of employees
Experience working with HR, management, and external partners to promote wellness initiatives
Experience organizing wellness events, workshops, health screenings and seminars to engage employees
Experience promoting wellness programs through internal communications, newsletters, and social media
