Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Real Hotels & Resorts. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

The Wellness Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of wellness programs and initiatives within the property. This role is responsible for promoting a culture of well-being among guests and associates by delivering engaging, high-quality wellness experiences aligned with the brand standards.

The Wellness Coordinator works closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations, exceptional service delivery, and consistent program execution.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Execution

• Assist in the planning and implementation of wellness activities and programs (fitness classes, mindfulness sessions, recreational activities, etc.)

• Coordinate daily schedules and ensure timely execution of all wellness offerings

• Set up, facilitate, and support wellness sessions as needed

• Monitor participation levels and gather feedback to improve program quality

Guest & Associate Experience

• Deliver engaging and personalized wellness experiences for both guests and associates

• Promote wellness initiatives across the property to increase participation

• Ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and positive environment during all activities

• Address participant inquiries and provide accurate information about programs

Operational Support

• Maintain wellness areas, equipment, and materials in excellent condition

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and brand standards

• Support inventory control of wellness supplies and materials

• Assist in vendor coordination when applicable

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with departments such as HR, Recreation, Food & Beverage, and Rooms to align wellness initiatives

• Support internal wellness campaigns and employee engagement activities

• Communicate schedules, updates, and program changes effectively

Administrative Duties

• Track attendance, participation, and program performance metrics

• Assist in preparing reports and summaries for management

• Maintain organized records of activities, schedules, and resources

Qualifications

• Previous experience in wellness, recreation, fitness, hospitality, or related field preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Passion for health, wellness, and service excellence

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

• Basic organizational and administrative skills
