The Summit YMCA and Berkeley Heights YMCA, branches of the Summit Area YMCA (SAY), are seeking a welcoming and reliable Wellness Center Staff member to support our members and help elevate our fitness experience. In this role, you’ll assist members with the safe and appropriate use of equipment in the wellness center and weight room, provide friendly and attentive customer service, and help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all.

This position is part time with an opportunity to work up to 25 hours each week. Wellness Staff are required to work a minimum of two (2) shifts per week, a minimum of eight (8) total hours per week, or one (1) opening or closing shift per week.

The Salary range for this position is $17.50 - $20.00/hour, but are based on experience. Benefit of employment at the Y incudes a free YMCA membership and discounts on family membership.
