As a Wellness Insight Manager – Europe, you will contribute to brand strategy and support business growth by developing a deep understanding of consumers, experts, markets and competitors.
In this role, you will combine data from multiple sources and work closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into recommendations, inform innovation and support the development of brand narratives and marketing strategies.
You will ensure that consumer perspectives are reflected throughout the brand lifecycle, supporting decision-making and helping to measure and optimise brand performance.
Deliver brand insights across consumer, expert, market and competitive areas to support strategic decisions on where and how to compete.
Contribute to key brand foundations, including purpose, positioning, architecture and brand language, in collaboration with global teams.
Develop and apply insights to identify growth opportunities and business challenges.
Monitor wellness KPIs to track market performance, brand health and campaign effectiveness, recommending actions for improvement.
Support brand innovation through concept testing, evaluation of claims and communication, and assessment of in-market launches.
Act as a key contact for Stage Gate processes, providing insights on consumer needs, market potential and competitive context.
Manage market research projects, ensuring quality and relevance of outputs.
Manage budget and ensure effective use of resources.
Partner with shopper insights teams to integrate shopper learnings into marketing activities.
Translate data into clear and actionable insights and narratives for stakeholders.
Gather feedback and continuously improve the quality and relevance of insights.
Business understanding with experience translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Knowledge of the wellness category and consumer behavior.
Experience in insights and analytics, including advanced methodologies such as MMM, price elasticity and AI-based approaches.
Ability to analyze large datasets and interpret complex information.
Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Communication skills with ability to translate data into clear insights.
Analytical tools experience (e.g. data analysis, reporting tools).
Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g. SPSS, R, Python) or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.

Remuneration: from 16 876 – 23 205 PLN gross/monthly.
