Your Impact:

As a Wellness Attendant, you will work across our Recovery Lounge and Wellness Rooftop, ensuring these spaces remain clean, organised, and inviting for our members. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with members in a professional yet welcoming manner.

As part our Wellness team, you will:

• Support our Recovery Lounge, assisting our VIP Signature members and external clients with recovery tools including cryotherapy, LED therapy, red light therapy, PEMF, float therapy, HOCATT, and private contrast therapy.
• Ensure Recovery Lounge spaces remain tidy, well-maintained, and prepared for the next member experience.
• Engage with members in a friendly and professional manner, answering wellness modality questions and ensuring they feel comfortable in the space.
• Maintain a pristine and tranquil wellness rooftop environment, ensuring daybeds, pool areas, and relaxation spaces are clean and inviting.
• Monitor etiquette and ambience, ensuring the rooftop remains a peaceful space for all members.
• Assist with member requests, whether it’s offering towels, directing them to amenities, or ensuring they have everything they need for their experience.

This is a casual position with weekend availability required.
