We're looking for a Wellness Assistant who is genuinely passionate about holistic health, loves working with people and can turn their wellness knowledge into warm, practical and personalised guidance. What you'll do You'll be one of the people our customers trust to help them navigate their wellness journey. Welcome customers and create a warm, helpful in-store experience Listen carefully to understand individual wellness needs Recommend suitable products and solutions based on those needs Explain options clearly and confidently Build genuine relationships with customers rather than simply making a sale Introduce customers to complementary products where they could add real value Keep up to date with new products, promotions and wellness developments Help the store achieve its sales and performance targets Maintain beautiful, well-merchandised shelves and displays Assist with stock counts, replenishment and expiry-date checks Support point-of-sale and cash-up activities when required Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the store Requirements Matric Experience in the health and wellness space Fully computer literate Perfect written and verbal communication skills Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours Benefits Remuneration based on a ‘cost to company’ model and performance incentives.
