Granite Pathways is seeking a compassionate and reliable Wellness and Recovery Generalist to join our team within a Clubhouse model of recovery. This role offers the opportunity to work side-by-side with members in a strengths-based, community-focused environment that promotes mental health recovery, wellness, and independence. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledgeable with MS office software applications, google drive applications, social media platforms, and electronic medical records.
Training
1-week onboarding Clubhouse training will be required at our Seacoast location in Portsmouth, NH. Travel reimbursement would be made available.
Physical Demands
As an active day program setting, the position involves frequent standing, sitting, and moving around the space; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.; and some work in a kitchen environment.
Travel Demands
Travel is primarily local during the business day as needed. 2-week clubhouse colleague training will be provided during employment, requiring out-of-state travel. Essential functions of the job may require travel to activities in the community which would include transporting members.
Work Conditions
Work is typically performed in an office environment but may be required to perform job duties outside of the office setting.

Normal business hours: At times, must be willing to work beyond normal business hours as needed by operational needs and event schedules.
