About the opportunity
We’re growing and looking for a Wellfield Leading Hand to join our team at Honeymoon.
Reporting to the Wellfields Construction Supervisor, you’ll lead small team to build new leaching wellfields and provide day-to-day direction, guidance, and support, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.
As the key communication link between the Wellfield Construction team and the Supervisor, you’ll assist in planning, allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and promoting a positive safety and team culture.
You’ll play an important role in driving operational effectiveness and developing the skills and capabilities of the team.
The role will be FIFO from the Adelaide charter terminal or Port Augusta airport direct to site. We will also consider DIDO from Broken Hill.
The initial roster will be 2:2, trialled until mid year, it may then revert an 8:6 roster.
