We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic and community-focused individual to help shape and support a new neighbourhood approach to mental health and wellbeing across Brighton and Hove and East Sussex. You'll play a key role in coordinating projects, community activities and partnerships that help people access support closer to where they live.
Working alongside our Neighbourhood Leads, you'll support the successful implementation of the neighbourhood model by coordinating projects, monitoring progress and helping to turn ideas into practical action. You'll support the Neighbourhood Lead by organising meetings, workshops, events and community engagement activities that raise awareness of local services and encourage participation.
A key part of the role will involve building strong relationships with community organisations, stakeholders and local residents. You'll help create and maintain community resource directories, promote wellbeing opportunities, and support the development of welcoming neighbourhood hubs that connect people to advice, support and activities.
You'll also gather and analyse feedback, monitor participation levels and help identify opportunities for service improvement. By capturing learning and sharing good practice, you'll contribute to the ongoing development of neighbourhood wellbeing services across Brighton and Hove and East Sussex.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple projects and making a tangible difference within local communities.
