The part-time Wellbeing Coach is responsible for supporting the Wake Forest University Office of Wellbeing’s vision and priorities in making wellbeing a part of every experience for students, faculty, and staff. The primary role for the Wellbeing Coach is to act as a wellbeing navigator and accountability partner, community resource advisor, and educator. This position provides students, faculty, and staff with behavioral change focused sessions to create and maintain a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle using an evidence-based model of Health and Wellness coaching. The position includes a flexible schedule, with up to 20 hours a week primarily in person with limited virtual coaching hours.
