
Wellbeing Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Manchester or Leeds (1 day a week in the office)
Salary: Up to £43,400
Contract type: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hour per week
The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Wellbeing Benefits Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a seamless, engaging, and data-driven benefits experience for employees.
Working closely with Wellbeing Benefits Consultants, you’ll optimise the VivaBenefits (Benifex) platform, ensuring colleagues can easily access and engage with their benefits while maintaining compliance, accuracy, and fairness.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine analytics, employee experience, and benefits expertise to shape the future of wellbeing services across the organisation.
