Job Description

As Trade Marketing Intern – Wella Professionals Color & Care, you'll be at the heart of the action: helping bring global innovations to life and equipping markets around the world with everything they need to win accross channels.You'll work hand-in-hand with the Global Team (from supply to R&D) on a big variety of projects, from new product launches to toolbox rollouts, gaining a 360° view of how a global beauty brand builds, and deploys its go-to-market strategy.

YOUR SCOPE

  1. Driving Key Milestones for New Launches

Own and maintain the master calendar of key project milestones and market testing phases, keeping every initiative on track and every stakeholder aligned. Coordinate the sourcing and shipping of product samples to markets ahead of launch, so teams have what they need, when they need it

  1. Turning Market Feedback into Action

Collect and consolidate market feedback and volume forecasts from testing phases, transforming raw input into clear, actionable insights. Build sharp, digestible summary reports that help leadership make fast, confident decisions on which innovations move forward

  1. Building the Toolkits That Power Our Markets

Contribute to the Digital Sales Folder for both salons and retail: the go-to sales tool our teams use to pitch and sell every day. Create compelling one-pagers that bring new products and concepts to life in a single glance. Help refresh and sharpen how we sell our brand story and concepts to trade partners. Support the Service Menu Creator, our digital tool that helps salons build winning service menus for their clients.
