As a Well Test Supervisor, your mission is to lead well testing operations, ensuring the seamless execution of testing procedures while maintaining safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Your role is pivotal in coordinating on-site activities, managing the testing crew, maintaining equipment, and providing accurate and actionable data to drive decision-making in exploration and production efforts.
Planning and Execution: Develop and oversee detailed well test plans to ensure operational success.
Safety Oversight: Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect personnel and equipment.
Equipment Management: Maintain, inspect, and ensure the functionality of all testing equipment.
Data Collection and Analysis: Accurately gather and interpret data during testing to inform operational decisions.
Crew Leadership: Supervise and guide the testing crew, ensuring productivity and adherence to best practices.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports documenting testing results and site activities.
Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and the operations team, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure all activities meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in well testing operations.
