Job Description

The Well Testing Supervisor is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The Well Testing Supervisor identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.

Must demonstrate independent execution capability:

• Full ownership of well test execution (planning, rig-up, execution, rig-down)
• Ability to read and execute test programs, P&IDs, and operating envelopes
• Perform and validate:
• Flow rate calculations
• Choke sizing and choke schedule execution
• Tank measurements and production tracking
• Shrinkage factors and volume corrections
• Full control of:
• Choke manifold operations (live adjustments under flowing conditions)
• Separator pressure/level control and stabilization
• Flow assurance during testing
• Proven experience with:
• Flow meters, Coriolis, Venturis, Daniel orifice plates and gas metering
• Liquid metering and data QA/QC
• Strong well control awareness (barriers, pressure containment, ESD)
• Must have led crews and delivered jobs with client interface
• Must have held supervisor role on live well testing jobs (not acting / not trainee)

• Associate’s degree in Engineering discipline or Bachelor's in non-Engineering discipline
• CARICOM national with technical qualifications and 8 years minimum experience in well testing operations: offshore rigs, deepwater preferred
• Holder of valid CSME or meet eligibility to obtain same in reasonable timeframe
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Must be able to work with the team in developing improved work processes for the department
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good problem-solving abilities, proactive, fast learner, good organizational and time management skills, positive attitude
