Salary Range: $28.00 - $30.00 Hourly

Position Description:
The Well Operations Tech is primarily responsible for the operation, logistics (moving rig up and down), and maintenance of the Well Operations department equipment.

Job Responsibilities / Duties:
- Main responsibility is the movement and rig up and rig down of the Flogistix and well unload compressors
- Potentially moving multiple units each day and assisting with rig up and rig down
- Maintenance and minor trouble shooting of mechanical issues
- Working with Well Operations Specialist, TEP mechanics, and Flogistix mechanics, when needed
- Performing preventative maintenance on the well unload compressors and tracking maintenance on the Flogistix rental units
- Maintenance scheduling and tracking of Well Operations dept. fleet of trucks
- Operating the units when Well Operations Specialist or Lead Pumper of the field the equipment is located is not available
- Tracking and documentation responsibilities
- Some tracking to support Well Operations Specialist with where and what well each unit is on, when needed
- Documenting maintenance work done and scheduling maintenance of the equipment
- Communicating with Well Operations Specialist and field personnel on scheduling of unit movement
- Working with field leads to schedule when equipment needs to be moved
- Working with field leads to assist in rig up/down of equipment
Working Conditions:
- This position involves outdoor work and may be subject to extreme weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds,
- Routine use of hand tools: hammers, wrenches, pipe wrenches with ability to properly tighten/torque fittings for safe operation

Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Accurately complete/maintain necessary reports/records in a timely and legible manner, in accordance with applicable procedures and/or work orders.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
-  High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Three to five years oil filed experience strongly preferred.
