About Us

At Oseca, we believe wellbeing is key to thriving communities. Whether it's preventive care, education, or tailored wellbeing services, we are here to make a lasting impact on the communities we serve.

Wellbeing Coaches provide person centred, evidence informed support to individuals seeking assistance with mental health and wellbeing across the South West WA region. Qualified and trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as the core component of Low Intensity Psychological Interventions (LIPI), they work with both self referred and GP referred clients to enhance coping skills, build resilience, and promote early intervention strategies. • Identify when clients require escalation or referral to higher intensity mental health services and facilitate warm handovers.
  • Contribute to community engagement, health promotion, and wellbeing initiatives across the South West WA region.
