Elaboration of manufacturing project Studies, Development and implementation of manufacturing projects to define, acquire, install, try out and start up all tooling, equipment and facilities required to incorporate new product or changes on the current product as required by corporate product programs, into the current or new production lines of the BIW areas, as project requires.
Other Functions:
Projects studies and development to increase capacity and create new plants or any other project assigned from the upper management as support to the plant activities, to improve performance indicators on Quality, Safety, FTC, productivity and Warranty.
Qualifications
Special Requirements: Machatronic Engineer Mechanical/Electrical Engineer industrial Engineer
-5 years on automotive industry with focus on projects development and implementation for the assembly of vehicles.
Technical Knowledge (software, courses, etc):
Tooling & Equipment for Manufacturing and BIW Assembly. Robotic Welding Systems. PLC and Controls. Robot Programming. Communication Systems. Digital Simulation. WCM & WCT Manufacturing Systems. Projects control techniques. Manufacturing and Quality systems (Rumba, CCDs, Bulletins, CPCP, MQGR, eCIMS, PSap, systems NX, etc) Team Center, Auto Cad, Microsoft office.
