Expected Job Duties

• Providewelding engineering support todesign,fabrication, and supportteams

• Specify, develop, implement, and sustainweldingand welding-relatedprocesses

• Improve quality, yield, efficiency, and capacity ofweldingprocessesin accordance withstrategic objectives

• Apply problem solvingskillstoidentifyroot cause

• Evaluatenew equipmentandprocesses

• Interpret results and provide recommendations to management

• Youareknowledgeable inwelding metallurgyandGTAW and GMAWprocesses

• You have strong problem-solving skillsand can effectively manage projects

• You are quick to learn new skills and open to taking on new responsibilities

• You enjoy working in ateamenvironment

• You have experiencedeveloping and supportingweldingprocessesin a manufacturing environment

• You haveextensiveexperience workingin accordance withstandards/specifications, especially military or aerospace specifications

• You have a working knowledge of NDT processes

• You havehands-onexperience with welding and fabrication processes

Physical Requirements

• Lift, push, pull and maneuver up to 40 poundsfrequently

• Sit and/or stand at least 8 hours

• Vision correctable to 20/30 or better

Pay Range Information:

New hires generally start between $97,700 - $144,400 annually. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Our salary ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
