• Perform visual inspections of welded joints during fabrication and construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, applicable codes, and quality requirements.
• Inspect welds for defects such as cracks, cold welds, spatter, undercuts, and other discontinuities using appropriate inspection techniques and tools.
• Verify weld dimensions, bead profile, joint preparation, penetration, and overall weld quality against approved welding procedures and standards.
• Monitor welding activities and evaluate welder performance to ensure compliance with approved welding procedures and project requirements.
• Identify non-conforming welds, recommend repair or rework actions, and verify corrective measures have been properly implemented.
• Review and maintain welding inspection records, reports, and quality documentation in accordance with project requirements.
• Review radiographic films and other NDT results, where qualified and authorized, to verify weld integrity and compliance with applicable standards.
• Support quality control activities and ensure welding works are executed safely and in accordance with project quality requirements.
• Coordinate with construction, welding, NDT, and quality teams to resolve welding-related quality issues.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Certified Welding Inspector (AWS CWI or CSWIP 3.1).
• Experience in welding inspection within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, Refinery, or Industrial projects.
• Knowledge of applicable codes and standards, including ASME, API, ANSI, and AWS requirements.
• ASNT Level II certification in relevant NDT methods is preferred when NDT review or verification activities are required.
• Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
