Epsilon is a leader in the Off-Site Construction (OSC) industry, delivering mechanical/electrical-centric systems in a modular, prefabricated form, optimized for a streamlined on-site completion by us or others.

Job responsibilities

• Maintain code-compliant weld quality and minimize rework.
• Ensure correct use of WPS, filler metals, preheat/interpass temps.
• Take responsibility for equipment readiness and team output.
• Set a culture of safety and pride in clean, quality welds—done fast and right.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee all structural welds per WPS and PQRs.
• Ensure weld integrity, cleanliness, and visual/aesthetic acceptance.
• Monitor welder performance, qualify new welders as needed.

Expectations:

• Ownership: Set the standard for welding quality, discipline, and safety.
• Execution: Maintain high-quality welds while keeping production flowing.
• Documentation: Ensure traceability and code compliance on every weld.
• Collaboration: Work closely with fitters and QC for seamless production.
