Job Description
Assembly of parts and tack welding (joining components with short welds)
Welding of large-scale components (up to 12 tons)
Performing high-quality TIG welding on various material types (material
groups 11 and 17), with a strong focus on precision, weld quality, and aesthetics
Weld sizes: 3-20 mm
Flame straightening.
Requirements
Secondary technical education (vocational school or high school diploma) in mechanical engineering or a related field
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, welding documentation, and welding symbols according to European standards (EN ISO)
Valid TIG welding certificate (Process 141) and certificates for MIG/MAG welding (Process No. 135) are an advantage
Experience with welding large steel structures and components
Knowledge of tack welding and flame straightening
Focus on weld quality, precision, and aesthetics
Crane and rigging licence is an advantage
Previous welding experience required (min. 2 years)
