Job Description

Responsible for carrying out welding, fabrication, and repair activities to support plant operational reliability. The role ensures all welding work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards, maintenance procedures, and applicable quality, safety, food/feed safety, and environmental management systems.

• Implement daily briefings and safety talk and carry out the work in accordance with the instructions of superiors.
• Controlling for welding before and after welding is carried out.
• Preparing for goods to be welded.
• Reporting problems that occur to superiors balk foreman or officer associated with disruption of welding or other hazards.
• Carrying out work in discipline and solved.
• Ensure the availability of collar worms that have been reconditioned to be used on press machines
• Responsible for maintenance and maintenance of all equipment work (equipment) maintenance.

• Preparing welding materials such as power supply, welding transformer, welding wire, welding room and material to be welded.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum SMA/SMK graduate, preferably in Mechanical, Welding, or related technical fields.
• Minimum 1 year of welding or maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Able to perform welding and basic fabrication work.
• Familiar with welding equipment and safety procedures (K3/HSE).
• Able to read basic technical drawings.
• Welding certification is an advantage.
