Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks on various materials, including steel and aluminum.
• Assembly and fit-out of caravans and motorised RVs
• Reading and interpreting basic drawings and measurements
• Use of hand and power tools within a workshop environment
• Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality targets
• Assist in the development of new fabrication techniques and processes.
• Ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
• Working collaboratively with production teams to meet targets

About You

• Proven experience as a welder/fabricator, preferably in the building and construction industry.
• Relevant welding certifications (e.g., MIG, TIG, ARC).
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Trade qualification (desirable but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a production environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
